Kaft Sketch Collection

The Kaft Sketch Series is a new addition to Kaft’s design T-shirt collection, created from a new fabric and a fresh illustrative language. The idea behind the series is to bring the raw, unpolished sketches of finalized designs onto the garments — celebrating the creative process as much as the finished artwork itself.

As the lead of Kaft Graphic Studio, my team and I developed two distinct concepts for the launch visuals. In the first approach, we highlighted the raw nature of the sketches by placing the illustration at the center of the frame while letting the model fall into shadow. This setup emphasized the artwork, allowing the sketch to speak for itself.

The second concept introduced a playful use of perspective and angles between multiple models, turning the dynamic energy of the drawings into a physical visual rhythm. This approach brought together Kaft’s expressive world with the spontaneity of sketching.

The result is a two-layered visual direction that captures the spirit of the Sketch Series — experimental, energetic, and rooted in Kaft’s dedication to the creative process.
