Restaurant of MSA
Developed within a compressed timeline, the identity for Restaurant of MSA was built around the most fundamental element of the dining experience: the plate.
The visual system focused on the relationship between the plate and everything that gathers around it—ingredients, utensils, gestures and the shared rituals of a table. These elements were reduced into a direct and adaptable graphic language that could move across the restaurant’s different touchpoints.
Created for MSA’s restaurant at the Sakıp Sabancı Museum, the project approached identity through the act of dining itself: what is served, what surrounds it and what remains after the plate arrives. The project was originally presented as a brand identity study in 2018.
